Drop off the kids for a fun time with coach-led, high-energy activities including trampolines, inflatables, and games! Pizza snack is included, but bring a drink or cash for vending machines. 7:30 – 10:00 PM on Friday nights! All Open Gym participants must complete the Event Waiver.
Tryouts are open for all girls ages 5 years old and up. Our assessment will include evaluation flexibility, strength and basic gymnastics skills on each event – floor, bars, beam and vault.
